Few days back I saw Quinoa at Google Cafeteria and confused it with Cuscus. But since my wife disagreed I now try to understand the difference. Today I saw it at Costco $10 / 4lb! So I came back and searched more on it.
Seems it is one of the whole food that can be used as a rice alternative. Rather than just starch it offers a lot more nutirion and mostly protein.
